At KC Craft Co, every item is made to order and created with care. Because our products are custom, processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of purchase whenever possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow time for production before your order ships. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering to confirm availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. After your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier, KC Craft Co is not responsible for:

If There’s an Issue
While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, we truly care about your experience. If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with delivery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps and work toward a solution.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
For local customers, pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. Please arrange pickup within a reasonable timeframe after notification. Local pickup is limited to Montgomery, AL, Wetumpka, AL, Prattville, AL, Millbrook, AL only.
