At KC Craft Co, every item is made to order and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please double-check all order details — including spelling, sizing, colors, and customization requests — before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our end or a product defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit to help resolve an issue. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward a future purchase.
